You are responsible for your results, and your decisions are your own. Paul will provide a strategic strategy and support to help you achieve promotion, however Paul is not responsible for your actions and outcomes.

Once your sessions are booked with Paul, the time is reserved for you. If there is an emergency and you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least a 2 business days notice. Without proper notice, session time will lost and you will miss a massive promotion opportunity.
If you must reschedule, please be aware that Paul can not guarantee when the next available session time will be so I urge you to make that time a priority in your calendar and non-negotiable.

Mentor Coaching is not a “try it and see” process and there is no refund so please think very carefully before taking a slot from another ambitious sales professional. These sessions are ONLY for highly committed sales professionals ready to take massive action towards getting promoted. If you are not fully committed to your own success, how can you expect anyone else to be?
In order to get the very best results for yourself, the coaching relationship must be based on trust and respect and as such, Paul reserves the right to decide which clients to dedicate time to. Should anyone behave disrespectfully they will be immediately removed from the program.
